Everything we sell is sold through eBay UK. This website has no checkout, and you cannot place an order or pay here.
Ordering and payment
All orders and payments go through eBay. To buy, visit our eBay store, choose the product you want and check out with eBay in the usual way. eBay handles payment securely. We never see or store your card details.
Postage and dispatch
Postage costs, delivery options and our dispatch time are shown on each eBay listing, so please check the listing before you buy. Once your order has been dispatched, eBay will keep you updated, including tracking information when the delivery service provides it.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are also handled through eBay. Our returns terms, including whether returns are accepted and the time limit for requesting one, are shown on each eBay listing. To start a return, go to your eBay purchase history, choose the item and follow eBay’s return process.
Your purchase is also covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. If your item doesn’t arrive, or isn’t as described in the listing, you can get your money back, subject to eBay’s terms. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
